This notice explains how Agence 25 Neita (“Agence 25”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit agence25.com or use any service that links to this page.

1. Who is responsible?

2. What data do we collect?

  • Data you give us – name, email, phone, postal address, job title, billing data, any files or messages you send.
  • Payment data – card or PayPal token held by PayPal (privacy notice).
  • Automatic data – IP, browser type, device ID, pages viewed, clicks, error logs, rough location.
  • Cookies & similar tech – see our Cookie Policy.
  • Third-party sources – public registers, marketing partners, social media (for lead generation).

3. Why and on what legal basis?

  • Provide and operate our sites and services (contract).
  • Billing, accounting, legal record-keeping (legal obligation).
  • Answer enquiries, give support (legitimate interest / contract).
  • Send newsletters and offers you asked for (consent / legitimate interest).
  • Security, fraud-prevention, system logs (legitimate interest).

4. Who gets your data?

  • Hosting and cloud providers in Switzerland or the EU/EEA.
  • Email and CRM tools (SendFox, Microsoft 365, etc.).
  • Payment processor – PayPal.
  • Analytics and advertising partners (Microsoft Clarity, Google, Meta).
  • Authorities or advisers where law demands.

5. International transfers

If data moves outside Switzerland or the EEA, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions to ensure an adequate level of protection.

6. How long do we keep data?

  • Account data – as long as the account is active.
  • Marketing leads – max 5 years after last contact.
  • Billing records – 10 years (Swiss tax law).
  • Server logs – 12 months.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, encryption at rest, access controls and monitoring. No online system is 100 % secure, so please take normal precautions.

8. Children

Our services are not aimed at anyone under 18. If we learn we hold such data, we erase it.

9. Your rights

You may:

  • Access, correct or delete your data.
  • Restrict or object to processing.
  • Get a portable copy.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.

Contact your local authority (EDPS, ICO, FDPIC) if you feel we misuse data.

10. Do-Not-Track

Browsers may send DNT signals. We will honour them once a standard exists.

11. Changes

We may update this notice. A new “Last updated” date shows the active version.
